The Galleria on the Park Condos development Consists of 4 Phases:
Phase 1 – 2019-2021:
This phase demolishes the western portion of the Galleria Shopping Centre to facilitate construction of the new Wallace Emerson Community Centre. 571 Residential Units will be built during this Phase.
Phase 2 – 2022 – 2025:
This phase involves demolishing the existing Wallace Emerson Community Centre, to facilitate the construction of Block 1. 535 Residential Units will be built during this Phase.
Phase 3 – 2026 – 2028:
This phase consists of the construction for several key privately owned spaces, including Points Plaza, The Mews and the Allee. The bulk of the Residential Units will be built during this phase, totalling 1057 Residential Units.
Phase 4 – 2029-2030:
This is the final phase of Galleria on the Park Condos. The remaining 683 Residential Units will be completed, that include 150 Affordable Units.
